Old
single-pane windows are very inefficient. Upgrading to double
pane windows will protect you from the outdoor temperatures
of cold and hot.
You can always recycle your old doors and single-pane windows
into furniture or other decorative uses.
Old doors can also be recycled by taking them to any of
the Habitat for Humanity stores.
